Hoping not to sound boastful, but I'm a pro at making deviled eggs. 2 years ago I was making deviled eggs and I couldn't find the bottle for vinegar, but, I did find a bottle of Italian White Wine Vinegar. That's what I used for vinegar. Later that day I asked my mum if there was a difference. Of course there was. Everybody said they tasted great and asked me how I made them, I told them the secret ingredient was white wine vinegar. I've used white wine vinegar ever since.
There isn't much to deviled eggs. They can be a little difficult to make, yes. But, they are totally worth it. They only have 4 ingredients, but some how can become disastrous (for me). One time I wasn't paying attention and it took me 45 minutes to make just hard-boiled eggs. Another time I added a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon of vinegar to my egg mixture. This time, though, I didn't make a mistake. :)
The difference between normal vinegar and Italian White Wine vinegar is pretty simple. Wine vinegars have red or white wine in them. You will love these deviled eggs, so get cooking!
Enjoy!
