Hello! I'm back with all the yumilicious recipes (Pumpkin pie, Cran-Apple Salad, Pickle Wraps and Pomegranate-Orange relish). Comment and let me know which recipe is your favorite! Stay tuned, I'll be baking up a storm tomorrow (has something to do with cupcakes!!)
Pumpkin Pie
Calling all gluten-free people! That's right, this recipe is GF. You weren't expecting that were you? Surprise, surprise! The crust is made with just walnuts and baking soda (and salt and butter) Instead of heavy cream you use coconut milk which gives the pumpkin a silky texture.

Cran-Apple Salad
My grandma made this for our Thanksgiving feast and she tweaked the recipe a bit. We all like to tweak some recipes, right? This is what she did. She added twice the amount of cranberries to make it more "cranberry-ish" and added less sugar. The recipe wasn't quite so sweet and had more of a tangy taste (which I love). Try it out either way, with more sugar or less, both ways are scrumptious. Here is a little tip, though: Make sure to add your marshmallows right before you serve. If you add them when you are finished and your salad sits in your fridge for a couple days the marshmallows will become almost dissolved. Eat up!Click here for the recipe.

Pickle Wraps
I love pickles (along with a lot of other foods). This recipe is soooo simple, yet tasty! All you do is smear cream cheese wrap on deli meat (I use Buddig corn beef) and wrap around the pickle...and eat every single wrap. Mmm.

Pomegranate-Orange Relish
This recipe is effortless. It doesn't r squire a lot of attention and taste delicious! And the best part? It's honey-sweetened and only uses 4-ingredients. My sister used a little more cranberries and pureed oranges in her mixer to make the orange juice.
